Sorry for your loss, but be aware that all obstacle avoidance capabilities of the drone are treated by DJI as safety enhancement features, and not guaranteed in any way by DJI, should they fail to prevent a crash, and will not be covered under the DJI war

Right after takeoff my drone e skimmed the ground, seemingly out of control, right into the first obstacle. The flight record showed the right stick had been in the lower right position the whole time, as it would have been for starting the motors.

What to do after you crash. If you've just had an accident, immediately try and locate the drone through the DJI Applications (DJI Fly, DJI GO 4 or DJI GO) using Find My Drone. What this does is show the last known location of the drone before it lost
